Agreement to Terms

By installing or using VConnect (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

01Service Description

VConnect is a standalone Wear OS application designed to provide remote control and status monitoring for Volvo vehicles. It utilizes official and undocumented Volvo APIs to perform actions such as locking/unlocking, climate control, and vehicle tracking.

02Independent Application

VConnect is an independent, third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Volvo Cars Corporation or any of its subsidiaries. "Volvo" is a registered trademark of Volvo Trademark Holding AB.

03User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle. Do not use the remote features if it is unsafe to do so in your current environment (e.g., remote starting in an enclosed space).

  • You must maintain the security of your Wear OS device. Anyone with access to your watch may be able to control your vehicle.

04Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

VConnect provides this service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Application will always be operational or error-free.

    We are not liable for any issues arising from API changes made by the vehicle manufacturer that may break app functionality.

    Kshmlg Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
